How long does delivery take?

Our typical production time is 2 to 4 working days before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the courier service and your location.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Get in touch with your quantities, and we'll put together fair bulk pricing. There's no fixed discount table. It depends on the material, thickness and volume you need.

Can I get a Made to Measure quote?

Yes. Send us the material, thickness, finish and dimensions you need, and we'll come back with a price.

Do you offer trade or wholesale accounts?

We do not currently offer dedicated trade or wholesale accounts. If we introduce a trade account system in the future, we'll be sure to update our customers with all the details.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. If you'd like to check the quality, finish, or suitability of a product before committing to a larger purchase, you're welcome to place an order for a single item first. This allows you to test the product with confidence before placing a bulk order.
